About Us

Farmers Grain Cooperative of Eureka and Secor Elevator Company merged in July 1999 and formed GRAINLAND Cooperative. GRAINLAND has locations in Cruger (west edge of Eureka),Secor, and El Paso in Illinois.

The surving company of the merger was started in 1903 so we were able to celebrate 100 years of being in business in 2003.

Total storage capacity at all three locations total over 10 million bushel. The commodities we handle are corn, beans, wheat, and oats. We offer drying on corn and storage on all the commodities we handle. The Cruger facility has rail loading capability on the T.P.&W railroad and has track capacity to load 40 cars at a time. Most of the grain shipped out of Cruger goes out by rail. Grain out of Secor and El Paso is all shipped out by semi trucks.

GRAINLAND employs 10 full time employees and several part time employees during harvest. Our home office is at the Cruger facility.
